CWA, AT&T Mobility Puerto Rico Reach Pact

Negotiators for the Communications Workers of America and AT&T Mobility Puerto Rico reached a tentative settlement on a four-year contract covering about 900 workers that’s aimed at keeping call-center jobs on the storm-battered island.
