UAW Claims That Tennessee Incentives to VW
Tied to Union Outcome Bolster NLRB Appeal

A day after documents came to light showing the state of Tennessee offered nearly $300 million in incentives to Volkwagen contingent on the outcome of a union representation election at its Chattanooga plant, the United Auto Workers argued to National Labor Relations Board Region 10 April 1 that the documents bolster the union’s appeal of the election results.
