U.S. Soccer, Women’s Team Seek to Limit Pay Bias Trial Evidence

The U.S. Soccer Federation and 29 members of its women’s national team moved to exclude various evidence the other side intends use at the upcoming trial of the team’s pay discrimination class lawsuit.

The flurry of 14 motions was filed late Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where jury proceedings are scheduled to begin May 5.
