Senate Labor Advisers, Walsh Boston Aides Hired for DOL Jobs (1)

Two assistants to President Joe Biden‘s labor secretary nominee, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, have already left city hall to join the U.S. Labor Department, along with a pair of Democratic U.S. Senate staffers and an assortment of other political appointees.

The 13 new employees demonstrate the administration’s escalating push to staff DOL with personnel who don’t require Senate confirmation.
