Spa That Acted on Ebola Fears May Have Violated Disabilities Act

A Massage Envy franchisee that fired a massage therapist who planned to travel to Ghana because it feared she might contract the Ebola virus may have violated the federal law prohibiting disability bias (EEOC v. STME, LLC, M.D. Fla., No. 17-977, complaint filed 4/26/17).
