The Senate labor committee is scheduled to vote Nov. 30 on whether to advance President Joe Biden‘s pick to lead the U.S. Labor Department’s employee benefits agency.

Lisa Gomez, tapped to lead the Employee Benefits Security Administration, was omitted from a batch of Labor Department nominees the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee considered last month after Republican members said they wanted to question her about her views on environmental, social, and corporate governance investing.
