Right to Work Group Looks to Nix Limits on Kicking Out Unions

A group that advocates against unions has asked the National Labor Relations Board to get rid of decades-old policies about when and how employees can vote to remove their union.

The request is part of a series of moves by the National Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation that could hurt union coffers and membership, following the group’s major victory in a U.S. Supreme Court case that stripped unions of the right to collect mandatory “fair share” fees.
