Revive Northwestern Retirement Plan Suit, Solicitor Tells SCOTUS

The U.S. Supreme Court should revive an ERISA lawsuit claiming Northwestern University mismanaged its retirement plans by offering expensive retail class investments and failing to rein in administrative fees, the acting U.S. solicitor general told the justices in a new brief.
