Revised Workplace Affirmative Action Option Gets No Bites, Yet

Federal contractors are getting a push from the Labor Department to adopt a recently revised type of equal opportunity plan, one the agency calls the “way of the future” for employers with large campuses such as technology companies, health-care providers, and universities. So far, however, contractors aren’t signing up.
