Printer Complies With OSHA Order After Contempt Fines Mounted

A federal judge in Missouri dismissed a $9,900 contempt fine for the owner of printing company who had refused to abide by a subpoena for documents stemming from a long-running whistleblower investigation.

The dismissal Thursday from Judge Audrey Fleissig of the US US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri ends a 20-month legal fight between OSHA and
Eric Foerstel, the owner of Dale Printing Co. in St. Louis, who eventually had complied with the subpoena.
