PricewaterhouseCoopers Denied SCOTUS Look at Pension Suit (1)

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear a class action by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP retirees seeking higher pension benefits, following advice from the acting U.S. solicitor general, who told the justices to skip the ERISA remedies dispute.
