Pregnant Buffalo Wild Wings Server to Get Disability Bias Trial

A former Buffalo Wild Wings server in California may have been denied reasonable accommodation for her pregnancy-related work restrictions, a federal judge in San Diego ruled.

A jury must also decide whether Blazin Wings Inc. and Inspire Brands Inc. failed to engage Cassandra Lackman in the interactive process California law requires when a worker may need an accommodation for a disability, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said.
