Postmates Inc. agreed to pay $11.5 million to settle misclassification claims brought by California-based couriers, but a judge in that state wants more information about the class settlement before approving it.
The Superior Court of California for the County of San Francisco denied preliminary approval of the settlement Nov. 21, citing “significant concerns” with the terms of the deal and the amount of missing information about what it covers.
