A Missouri pool and hot tub supply retailer and a worker who says she was fired for failing a polygraph exam resolved her lawsuit under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act, federal court records show.
The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri entered an order Wednesday staying all deadlines in Jessica Kautz’s case against Springfield Pool & Spa Inc. after being notified that the parties had settled.
It directed Kautz to file a notice of dismissal within 60 days, or a status report if “the settlement is not perfected within 60 days.”
