Jeff Pon, the new director of the Office of Personnel Management, promised change in his first major public appearance as the federal government’s HR chief.
“Let’s do the things that we haven’t been able to do in the last 10 to 20 years,” Pon said at the March 20 unveiling of the President’s Management Agenda. “I look forward to being bold and ambitious.”
