Philadelphia regulations for providing covered employees with virus-related paid sick leave were posted by the city.
Most Philadelphia workers are covered under the Covid-19 pandemic paid sick-leave requirement, including gig workers and domestic workers, the city said Nov. 17 in an email. The regulations offer guidance for health-care employers and employers not covered by the federal Families First Coronavirus Response Act.
