Oracle Fends Off Witness Intimidation Claims in Pay Bias Case

Accusations that Oracle lawyers tried to intimidate and coerce witnesses in an ongoing pay discrimination case against the tech company weren’t backed up by the Labor Department, an administrative law judge said.

The department “has made serious allegations of attorney misconduct, yet has offered nothing specific to sustain those claims,” Judge Richard M. Clark wrote in his June 26 ruling.
