OFCCP’s Final Equal Pay Report Rule Expected in May

The Labor Department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs expects to issue next May its controversial federal contractor Equal Pay Report (RIN 1250-1103), according to the DOL’s fall 2015 semiannual regulatory agenda.

The Equal Pay Report, which would require federal contractors to submit annually summary pay data on their employees, classified by race and sex, has been highly debated among stakeholders, including unions, national civil rights groups, employee organizations, national employer groups, consulting firms and law firms.
