NLRB Pressured by Democrats to Release its Revised Ethics Report

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and three House Democrats asked the National Labor Relations Board to publicly release a revised version of its much-discussed internal ethics report and specifically answer a question about recusals when a board member faces a conflict of interest.

In a letter to NLRB Chairman John Ring on Thursday, the Democrats accused the Republican-led panel of trying to dodge scrutiny from the Office of Government Ethics and failing to provide a proper public accounting of efforts to update its ethics guidelines.
