NLRB: Nissan Uniform Policy Illegally Bans Union Insignia

A National Labor Relations Board regional director has issued a complaint against Nissan North America Inc., alleging that the automaker maintained a policy on employee uniforms at a Mississippi factory that unlawfully prevented workers from wearing clothing with pro-union insignia or messages (Nissan N. Am. Inc., NLRB Reg’l Dir., 15-CA-145043, complaint issued 11/30/15).
