NLRB Extends Time for Comments on Charter School Jurisdiction

The National Labor Relations Board will allow more time for public comments on whether it should relinquish its authority over labor relations at charter schools.

“Parties now have until March 6, 2019 to file briefs” and interested third parties “have until March 20, 2019 to file amicus briefs,” the NLRB said in a March 1 announcement. The deadline for responsive briefs—counterarguments to other comments—has been extended to April 3, 2019.
