NLRB Agrees to Review More Joint Employer Cases

While the National Labor Relations Board’s general counsel pursues highly publicized unfair labor practice complaints against McDonald’s USA, LLC and franchisees (see related story), board members have agreed to review two union representation cases involving a Baltimore staffing firm that may allow the NLRB to clarify or expand on its controversial joint employer standard.
