New Hampshire lawmakers are considering dueling paid family and medical leave proposals, a mandatory plan for all employers from Democrats and a two-state voluntary plan for public employees from Republican Gov.
The Democrats’ bill (SB 1-FN) passed the Senate Feb. 14 by a 13-10 vote.
