Most White Glove Workers Booted From Hospital Race Bias Suit

A staffing company and its workers saw their discrimination and retaliation claims against a Dallas hospital system narrowed even further, as a federal judge dismissed several individual plaintiffs from the lawsuit.

The first blow to White Glove’s lawsuit came in September 2018, when Judge Ed Kinkeade said the staffing company couldn’t bring race discrimination claims against Methodist because the company lacks a racial identity. Kinkeade is hearing the case in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
