The Ninth Circuit will hear oral arguments today in Portland in a gender discrimination lawsuit filed by more than 8,600 women who worked in engineering or technical roles at Microsoft. The appeal centers around whether a Seattle federal judge’s ruling that the class could proceed should stand.
