Medical Screener Beats Third-Party Worker Suit Over Health Info

Two Californians can’t proceed with claims alleging a clinic that conducted medical screenings of them as part of their application for jobs with potential employers violated their job, privacy, and other rights by asking them to divulge irrelevant health-history information, a federal judge ruled.
