McCormick & Schmick Agrees to $500K Wage/Hour Settlement

McCormick & Schmick Restaurant Corp. agreed to pay $500,000 to settle claims by an anticipated class of 217 workers who say they weren’t given meal and rest breaks as required by California wage and hour law, according to a motion they filed (Saechao v. Landry’s, Inc., N.D. Cal., 3:15-cv-00815, motion for preliminary settlement approval 4/21/16).
