Top Unions Sue U.S. for More Personal Protective Equipment (1)

The AFL-CIO, joined by a coalition of labor and environmental groups, has sued the U.S. government, seeking a court order compelling it to direct production of personal protective equipment for essential workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
