Magneti Marelli to Face EEOC Trial on Sex Harassment Allegations

The EEOC may be able to prove Magneti Marelli of Tennessee LLC failed to protect female assembly line workers from a male supervisor’s daily sexual comments and other abuse, the Middle District of Tennessee ruled, sending the case to a jury.

The sexual harassment occurred at the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV subsidiary’s Pulaski, Tenn., facility, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleged in its September 2018 lawsuit.
