Letter Carrier Who Balked at Sunday Amazon Deliveries Lacks Suit

An evangelical Christian man who failed to report for work on at least 24 Sundays when he was scheduled to make deliveries for Amazon.com Inc. under the Postal Service’s contract with the e-commerce giant lacks evidence he was denied a religious accommodation or forced to quit, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled.
