Lesbian Worker Asks 11th Cir. to Take Another Look at Bias Case

A lesbian security officer who claims she was harassed by a supervisor because she is a “gay female” has asked a federal appeals court in Atlanta to take another look at her case (Evans v. Ga. Reg’l Hosp., 11th Cir., No. 15-15234, petition for en banc review 3/31/17).
