Late Contractor Nondiscrimination Plans to Get Closer Eye: DOL

Federal contractors submitting their affirmative action plans to the US Department of Labor after June 30 are likely to face heightened scrutiny from the agency’s contractor watchdog.

The DOL’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs gave contractors until the end of June to submit their AAPs through the agency’s new contractor portal. The agency annually audits companies that do business with the US government to enforce federal equal employment opportunity law.
