Congressional appropriators Sept. 13 reconciled a “minibus” spending bill for the Labor Department and other agencies that’s free of “poison pill” policy riders, staffers told Bloomberg Law.

The lawmakers agreed to reconcile House and Senate versions of the appropriations package (H.R. 6157), which includes discretionary spending for the DOL, National Labor Relations Board, Health and Human Services, and related agencies.
