Labor Dept.'s Data Disclosure Raises Interest Group’s Concerns

The Labor Department’s accuracy and pace in responding to information requests involving documents related to the overtime and conflict-of-interest rules have raised some concerns.

Government transparency group American Oversight “appreciates that some progress has been made, but remains concerned about the accuracy of the information” provided by the DOL, “as well as the pace at which the information is relayed,” the group said June 11 in a joint status report filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
