Labor Board Adds Two New Judges With Deep Agency Experience

The National Labor Relations Board appointed a pair of new administrative law judges who have extensive experience working for the agency.

Judge Brian Gee, who’s served as the regional attorney for the past decade in one of the NLRB’s Los Angeles outposts, will take assignments from the Division of Judges’ San Francisco office, the agency announced Monday. Gee has worked at the NLRB since 1996.

Judge Christal Key worked as an NLRB field attorney for 22 years. She returns to the NLRB after serving six years as a judge for the Social Security Administration. She’ll take assignments from the judges’ ...
