Kenyon College Students Seek Undergraduate Union Election (1)

Student workers at Kenyon College have filed for a formal union election with the National Labor Relations Board, months after the agency abandoned an effort to limit organizing in higher education.

The Kenyon Student Worker Organizing Committee seeks to represent 600 student workers on campus. In a statement, the group said it has support from 60% of the workers, double what the NLRB requires for an election but far from a guaranteed victory.
