The U.S. Supreme Court June 28 gave Illinois public employees another chance to force a union to reimburse them for collecting unconstitutional “fair share” fees from their wages.

The court granted a petition to review a 2017 order by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit that rejected home health aides’ lawsuit against a Service Employees International Union affiliate.
