Judge Hits EEOC With $4.7 Million in Fees
Following $50,000 Settlement of Class Case

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa Aug. 1 awarded trucking company CRST Van Expedited Inc. more than $4.6 million in legal fees and costs from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission following the parties’ resolution of a long-running sexual harassment lawsuit (EEOC v. CRST Van Expedited, Inc., N.D. Iowa, 1:07-cv-00095, 8/1/13).
