The Biden administration is telling businesses exactly how to create what it calls “good” jobs.

The freedom to unionize, health insurance and workers’ compensation benefits, and equal opportunities, among other policies, are all part of a series of principles outlined by the US Departments of Labor and Commerce Tuesday that the administration says make up a “good job.”
