JetBlue Settles Flight Attendants’ California Rest-Break Case

JetBlue Airways Corp. and attorneys for flight attendants have settled a proposed class action alleging the airline failed to pay for all hours worked and missed breaks in violation of California law, court documents show.

The long-running wage and hours case involves flight attendants’ claims they weren’t paid minimum wage in violation of California law, one of a series of cases challenging airlines’ pay practices under California’s worker-friendly labor laws.
