Immigrant Workers Claim Retaliation,

More than 100 mainly immigrant workers at a Washington, D.C.-area construction contractor were denied overtime pay and exploited, only to be threatened with retaliation after they attempted to organize a union, a National Labor Relations Board regional director is alleging during a hearing that began Aug. 4 (Tito Contractors, Inc.hearing).
