IBM Must Disclose Documents at ‘Group’ Level in Age Bias Case

A worker in his 60s who says he was laid off as part of IBM‘s nationwide plan to “refresh” its talent with younger workers can look beyond his specific business unit to prove his claim, a federal judge ruled.
