Honeywell Defeats Black Analyst’s Claims New Boss Targeted Him

A Black analyst with Honeywell International Inc. lacks evidence that race drove a new manager to rate his work negatively and put him on a performance improvement plan that saw his 18-year career end in medical leave, the Western District of Washington ruled.
