Henry Schein Case Gets Another Look From High Court (Corrected)

The U.S. Supreme Court will take a second look at potentially groundbreaking arbitration issues raised by a dental supplier’s price-fixing lawsuit against industry leader Henry Schein Inc.

The justices agreed Monday to review a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which has twice denied Henry Schein’s bid to arbitrate a proposed class action led by Archer and White Sales Inc., a smaller competitor.
