Gestamp Worker’s Facebook Messages Warrant Trial on FMLA Notice

Multinational auto-parts manufacturer Gestamp must face trial on a former assembly line worker’s claim that it interfered with his medical leave rights after he experienced complications following an emergency appendectomy, the Fourth Circuit ruled.
