Gay Worker, N.Y. Glass Company Settle Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

A gay purchaser with a New York glass and window company settled his lawsuit alleging he was harassed and then fired because of his sex or sexual orientation, federal court records show.

Attorneys for Christopher Rosalie and Supreme Glass Co. separately confirmed to Bloomberg Law on Wednesday that the case was resolved amicably but declined to provide the settlement amount or further details.

The agreement was reached following a conference before a magistrate judge, with both parties agreeing “to the court recommended settlement amount,” according to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York case docket.
