Four-Year Contracts OK’d for 23,000 in New York City

Members of Local 32BJ of the Service Employees International Union overwhelmingly ratified two four-year contracts with the Realty Advisory Board Inc. covering more than 23,000 commercial building service workers in four New York City boroughs, the union announced Jan. 22.

Under separate agreements, one between Local 32BJ and contractors and the other between the local and commercial building owners and their third-party managing agents, workers will receive wage increases each year the contracts are in effect.
