Victoria Lipnic, the former acting chair of the EEOC and long-time agency commissioner, is joining Resolution Economics, a Washington economics firm known for its employment litigation work.
Lipnic left the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission at the tail-end of the Trump administration, after opting not to seek a third term at the workplace civil rights agency. Her role as a commissioner was filled by Republican Andrea Lucas.
Lipnic joined the EEOC as a commissioner in 2010 and was known for her bipartisan approach as a leader at the agency.
