Female Truckers Lose Harassment, Retaliation Class Suit

A lawsuit against CRST Expedited Inc. by female truckers who say they were sexually harassed on the job and retaliated against if they complained can’t proceed as a class action, a federal judge ruled Jan. 15.

The truckers estimated there were hundreds of women who would be eligible to join the class when they moved for certification in August 2016. CRST operated trucks with driver pairs so that one person could rest while the other drove.
