Female FBI Trainees Must Give Names, Not Addresses in Bias Suit

Eleven female trainees among a group accusing the FBI of sex and other workplace bias can’t pursue the case anonymously, a federal judge ruled.

But those women and the five or six other “new agent” and “intelligence analyst” trainees they’re suing with don’t have to publicly disclose their home addresses, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia said June 7. The proposed class action was filed May 29 under Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Rehabilitation Act.
